Peter Evans and Associates Solicitors & Conveyancers was established in 1986 by Peter Evans, following many years as a partner at one of Newcastle's largest law firms. Since then, the practice has grown to include three additional solicitors, a conveyancer and a team of support staff working from our offices on Scott Street.
We act across commercial and corporate law, litigation and dispute resolution, employment law, property and conveyancing, construction and development law, family law, wills and estates, criminal and traffic law, medical negligence, personal injury and notary public services. Where a dispute can be resolved through mediation or arbitration rather than court proceedings, that is the path we look to first, and our solicitors meet regularly to review matters and share expertise across the firm.
